Terms
Last updated 2 November 2026
These terms cover your use of Payrabao, the app and payrabao.com. By asking for help or giving, you agree to them. If something here is unclear, email support@payrabao.com.
How Payrabao handles money
Payrabao collects gifts for a specific bill and pays that bill's biller directly. Gifts are never paid out to the person who asked. We pay once per request: when the bill is covered, or on its due date.
Fees
Helpers pay a processing fee, passed through at cost, and a 3% Payrabao fee, both on top of the gift. Each fee is rounded up to the next centavo. The bill receives 100% of the gift. Current rates are on the fees page.
Gifts and limits
- A gift is from ₱20 to ₱50,000. Card gifts start at ₱300.
- Helpers who have not verified an ID can give up to ₱10,000 in any rolling 30 days.
- Once a bill is covered, it accepts no more gifts.
- Messages are up to 140 characters. Phone numbers, links and email addresses are removed.
Partly paid bills
If a bill is not covered by its due date, we pay the biller the amount raised. The requester may pay the rest. Gifts in this case are not refunded, because they were applied to the bill.
Refunds
If we confirm that a request is fake, we remove it and refund every helper in full, fees included. Gifts to real bills are final once the payment succeeds.
Requests
A requester must tell the truth about the bill and the reason for the request, and may only ask for a bill they are responsible for or are helping a family member with. We review every request and may reject or remove one, with a reason.
Liability
We pay billers through partners such as banks and bills-payment networks. If a payment is delayed by a partner, we will tell you and keep the receipt updated. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Act of the Philippines.
